Back Again…

It’s been almost a year since I wrapped up the recording portion of my last album, NEVER TOO LATE. Funny thing, it wasn’t long before new songs started to flow; NTL hadn’t even gone to press! My memory isn’t always the best, but I’m pretty sure the first of those songs was “Brings Me Back Again”. It definitely is a song that I can count on getting a great response from any audience, whenever I play it during a gig – which is almost always – right up front, second or third song of the first set!

This album has been in the works for awhile now, at least in the thought and writing processes. I toyed with a couple different titles, but was sold on none. It wasn’t until my way to the studio for the first session (Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014) that it hit me: “BACK AGAIN”! Here I was heading BACK into the studio AGAIN…not quitting, still plodding forward, still writing, still playing, still love the whole creative process.

So… as I walk this journey, I’d like to take you along with me – insights, experiences, stories behind the songs, a peek inside the studio. I’m enlisting the help of a few people. You might get bored hearing things from my viewpoint, so I’ve enlisted a few friends to tag along, and let you see what they see, hear what they hear, find what they discover.

Ready? Please tag along!

Back Again…and not going away!
